Our building is strategically located in Barcelona city, close to business, professional, and technological development areas and parks.

The pictures have been taken from the rooftop of the building so that you can appreciate both the views and the location of our apartments.

The Torre Agbar, the Sagrada Familia, the Tibidabo, or the chimneys of Sant Adrià are some of the iconic buildings that you will find around.

We have 4 types of luxury renovated and designed apartments and penthouses available since September 2019. All properties are equipped with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, tableware, appliances, heating, electric heater, ceramic hob and folding beds with storage space. Lovingly furnished and decorated.

TAILOR-MADE APARTMENTS FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE

Our apartments include a fully-equipped home office, with details designed for the comfort of our guests with a professional profile. Of course, we have excellent network coverage and high-quality internet connection.

You’ll find a peaceful and favorable atmosphere to rest and concentrate.

Our apartments are characterized by establishing defined quality standards, prioritizing customer service so that you feel at home.

Our building is located in one of the historic neighborhoods of Barcelona, in a strategic area connected to areas such as 22@ or San Pau. You can enjoy all the services offered nearby (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms…).

The Glòries shopping centre or the Poble Nou neighborhood are just a few meters away, so you can walk to companies such as Apple or Amazon among others.

Concierge service

The building has a bilingual (Spanish and English) concierge service to ensure security and access to the apartments. It is also a very useful service for package reception, key loss, and all those small everyday services.

Work / study area

Our apartments have a room or space created as a study area or work office.

Cleaning service (optional)

We include weekly cleaning service and bed linen change in all our apartments, and if the customer requires it, they can request it by paying a supplement.
